Inventory Control with Scanner App Reviews

I downloaded this app for my business for free, looked great and there was a feature that if I purchased the "ultimate" package in the inventory app and the invoicing app for an overall total of approximately $20 that I would be able to link both through iCloud and inventory would be able to be transferred directly into the invoicing app from the inventory app so you didnt have to re-enter everything and could easily invoice your customers. Sounds great right? Wrong. I purchased both ultimate packages, backed them up to iCloud and it didnt work like they claimed. I emailed them for help and got a couple responses of instructions on how it is done, and I followed them exactly, but they became unresponsive when I told them it didnt work. I asked for my money back due to their false claims, and nothing. They have terrible customer service, false advertisement and overall are thieves for keeping my money when their apps dont work the way they lead people to believe. I would NEVER give any of their apps another penny again. I hope this review saves someone else the money that I lost. P.S. - I gave them many chances to correct their issues before writing this review, and they made their own choice to ignore me. Sincerely, One angry customer, you know who I am.

I was only able to scan barcodes. I was asked for description, but there was no place to actually enter a description, and had to just exit the app. Disappointing.

Software works as advertised. some minor bugs but for $18 I cannot complain.

I downloaded the app because it would make it easier for me to send the inventory list to my boss. But I entered data and tried to put an on hand amount I could not.

Have inventory for small business. Very helpful to organize multiple area. Making it is to locate items. Have not used barcode scanning - entered my information manually & have not used the sharing option.

Crashes repeatedly- unable to enter data

Way way overpriced at the moment. The most basic function of scanning something and telling it how many you have is not possible. For doing inventory counts, its either a process not easily done or totally missing. All I want to do is count inventory,... Where is the instructions?

I am having trouble creating custom barcodes. I purchased the Premium service and I am not able to make barcodes. Need help.

This app is grimey. Your application is nice and all but that banner thing is ugly and the placement is rude. I see what youre trying to do, but it turns me off. I will be searching for apps elsewhere now. I cant afford 4.99 at this time. You just lost a user and will get a terrible rating from me. Enjoy your day!

I like this app a lot, easy to use. I wish it had search bar instead of scanning item to pull up info. Also whats the point of having tax tab on or off if you cant set taxes, also taxable items and none taxable item total should be on report. And total profit. I was going to buy the app and install on my other devices but I will wait for your new update first.

Everything works as expected.

This app was amazing until the last update! Since, its cost me a lot of important product information. Now you can scan an item, fill in the product info, and when you scan again to update inventory it doesnt recognize the item and tries to create a new record. Also, iCloud sync is absolutely worthless. It too has cost a lot of valuable info. Thinking to delete the app and reinstall, then sync the app with iCloud did not work at all! This app was great, but has recently lost a lot of vital business info! Please fix this!

Scanner does not work even after they steal you money

The barcode scanner is limited to one type of barcode, not useful for IT inventory applications. Sorry !

It even communicates with the invoice app that the company developed. It has helped me so much! I have a small wedding rental company, no barcode a, and I went from unorganized wreck to knowing where every thing is, knowing how much of each item I have. I love it.

I am half done inputting my stock and I am loving the reports already.

This app is crap doesnt let you do anything unless you buy the full one. Dont waste your money

What waste of time. Got it to use barcode scanner to inventory supplies for my store. Tried for hours, could never get scanner to work. If I wanted to enter by hand I can do that with a pencil. Very mis-leading app.

Ive used this app for awhile and had a LOT of items in it. Since it was just on my iPhone, I bought the add on to allow it to backup and use on my iPad. WRONG THING TO DO!!!!! It has erased EVERY item Ive ever put into it! I have to start all over again. I just paid $9.99 to have my entire data base erased. I dont know if Ill continue using it or not. Im going to look at other apps before I start entering items in it again. Ive been looking at other apps since posting the above. Im going to go with Google sheets. Its a spreadsheet program that I use for other things. I recommend not using this app. Unfortunately, I can only give it one star. Wish I could go less. Hours of work wasted.

Hello This software is good for managing a little stock. But i think it can be much better. For example i have some big problems to use: 1: i cant have two barcodes together. For example i want to print serial number and part number together in one sticker. For this i have to generate barcodes one by one, then export it into pdf, then use photoshop in my pc and use them together, and so i have to type the numbers and words behind barcodes in pc . This is a huge problem that i rather use other software to generate barcode. 2. For reducing product from stock i have to do it manually by edit. But it must be better. For example its better that when i scan barcode, automatically it can be reduced from stock. These are big problems, please solve these. Im using this app and i like its atmosphere. Please solve these... Thank you.
